Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

The 30-day trial is free and requires no payment method. Nothing is charged when it ends; editing is paused and you can keep exporting your data.

Cancelling a subscription

Workspace administrators can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; you keep full access until then. Your data remains exportable for [60] days after the term ends.

Refunds

Cooling-off: if you cancel within [14] days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
Pro-rata: if we materially reduce the Service (see Terms §8) or discontinue it, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid term.
Otherwise: fees for a paid term already started are non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, which this policy does not limit.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we retry and email the workspace administrators. After [14] days without successful payment the workspace returns to the paused (read-and-export-only) state until payment succeeds.

Professional services

Decision Sprints and other engagements are governed by their statement of work, including its own milestone and cancellation terms, not by this policy.

How to ask

Email [billing contact email] from a workspace administrator address with your workspace name. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
